Okay, so let’s rewind – I met Kelli in high school, she was super hip and cool. She listened to Paramore, had a cover band, and carried around this super distinguishable American Apparel neon orange backpack. Basically, I really wanted to be her friend because I mean, c’mon she was a total rockstar.
Now let’s fast forward about two years to when I met Andrew. I had always seen him around campus – super hipster – like before I knew him I used to refer to him as “TOMS guy” because I mean wearing TOMS was the *super trendy* thing to do in 2012 (just sayin’), but he was the nicest guy around!
So when they started to date it made absolute sense – in fact they were (and still are) THE CUTEST. I mean just look at them – even when they’re not even trying they’re cute.
Ever since Kelli got married I would joke around and tell her that anytime I saw her I was going to ask if she was pregnant. Yes – I’m super annoying and actually kept up with asking, and every time it was a: “No,” “Nope,” “lolol no,” “Not yet,” etc… You get the picture.
Now lets jump to the present – well about 2 weeks ago – Kelli and I were having our usual coffee date and we were about 30 minutes into our conversation when I remembered to ask “hey are you pregnant?” Not really expecting a yes, I went about our conversation and realized she hadn’t said anything. I look up and she just has this huge grin on her face! I seriously couldn’t believe it, I thought it was a joke. I couldn’t be happier for my favorite hip couple!
They decided to do their session at the Sugar and Cloth Color Wall in Houston, Texas. This was an amazing choice since the Hebert’s are both so fun and colorful themselves. I couldn’t think of a better location to announce an addition to their sweet little family!
